Halloween Challenge

My plan for this challenge is to stick to my eating/exercise plan and drink more water.

Mon- Fri Cardio 34 to 45 min
Tue/Thur Weight training - add at least one new spark video to my regimen every week
Sat- ride bike to tennis court play tennis and ride back
Sun- rest day (maybe see a movie to celebrate successes)

    It's always good to have a plan! Having it down on paper (or virtual paper in this case) is also a great idea. You can do it... and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
