I Don't Know Where it Came From?

I went to bed 1/2 hour earlier last night, 9:30 instead of 10:00! I woke up this morning at 5 am and couldn't go back to sleep. Dallas was jumping around the bed so maybe that's why. I got up and made my 1 cup of coffee then checked all my mail.

I then remembered that there was going to be a helicopter at my work taking off the HVAC stuff and replacing it at 9 am. So I took my dogs for a 1/2 mile walk and carried my bike down the stairs and left the house by 8:30. Just as I was getting there the helicopter was starting lift off (I had seen it circling earlier from my window)! It was so awesome. I videotaped the whole thing. I don't know why I love things like that. When I use to have days off I would find construction sites to sit at and watch all the machines digging and lifting and pushing.

After that I rode my bike around the park then the lake. I was only riding for 20 minutes, but it was nice and cool and freeing! I had the best morning. Now I am trying not to turn on the tv! Oprah is on and I'm addicted.

I have a book I can read out on my porch before the sun reaches it. It's appropriately called "The Hot Flash Club"! It's my first paperback in forever. I like bigger books. Paperbacks always use weird names like Lance Longing, Charisma Charlton (I made those up myself, LOL) and put a lot of frilly adjectives in them.

I just lost my train of thought???? Why do they call it a train of thought???? I need blueberries to help me think better!
