I have been really making some great progress since I started Weight Watchers. I'm officially down 6.8 lbs. and it feels great. I've set a mini goal for myself to be 199 by Halloween so I've been working hard at the gym 5 days a week taking fitness classes and really doing my best to get this weight off. On the weekends though I tend to slack just a little bit. I don't exercise as much and sometimes I let me eating get off track a bit. This weekend I vow not to SLACK! I want to get some exercise in whether it be playing with my kids out in the yard, going for a walk, riding bikes, or whatever. I also want to really focus on drinking lots and lots of water. I tend to lose that habit on the weekends too because we tend to get so busy. Being healthy is a lifestyle change and I want to make it something that I practice everyday and not just during the week.
