4lbs Weight Loss

Hi Sparkies
I jumped on the scales today to find that I have lost 4lbs, Yipeeee! That now makes me 146 lbs...........just 16 to go to achieve my target of 130.
I am uping the exercise now that I am in a routine. I tend to exercise first thing in a morning to get it out the way. Today for example I did 30 minutes on the cross trainer, 1000 metres on the rower, 10 minutes on the rebounder and lifeted some free weights. Tomorrow I am hoping to get a swim in and Sunday a bike ride.
Diet is doing just fine, I just keep my eye on my intake and make sure I use more calories than I take on board. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy my food and cooking is still a pleasure. I am just mindful about what I buy and cook.
I have attched a piccy of the Spa that is on the Cunard's Queen Victoria cruise ship. I will be spending time there during my cruise. I would like to look half decent in my swim wear.
I have 'saved' some calories to have a nice glass of wine tonight as a treat!!
