While keeping track of my daily nutrition, I have noticed that I can keep my calorie intake way within range, but my fat intake is way over my limits, and I don't eat enough protein. Time to really step it up a notch and change the dinner menu. Need to start incorporating some fish in to our diet one way or another. I just hate the smell it leaves in my kitchen! LOL Also need to minimize the sweet cravings I have. Would probably help if I got back to eating more fruit again. Time to go shopping!
