Had a pretty laid back day. I drank 12 glasses of water, did 20 counter pushups, 20 crunches and 20 hip flexors.
The high point of my day was my weigh in. I lost another 2 pounds and am now in onederland!! I am soo thrilled. I went on My Virtual Model and did the models. This one is of me at my current weight.
