Feeling good, feeling fresh

So, things are feeling good for me. I've got a plan to get workouts in and it's been nagging at me for a long time, I just didn't want to see it. Morning workouts are the way to go! Didn't want to admit it, but that's the only way it's going to work.
Been tracking my food in my daily food journal that I keep at home, just haven't been able to log it in the Nutrition tracker for almost a week.
But, all in all, I feel good, and FINALLY ready for change.
(What was holding me back....No idea!)
