My First Week Weigh in and it was AWESOME!

I LOST 5.6 POUNDS. Today was my first weigh in and I lost 5.6 pounds! I could not be any happier. I just know that I am going to keep this up and I am going to continue doing this! I am also going to continue eating the right foods and drinking my 8 glasses of water! I really want this and really want this to happen!
