Can we say OUCH!??! My whole body hurts! I skipped exercising yesterday because I was sore and not feeling well, but I was determined to get some in today whether I was feeling sick or not! I did 30 minutes worth of Turbo Toning with 3lbs weights! Now it hurts to stretch!

I am trying to watch my calories also and I can see where I have been going wrong! Who knew that a package of Cheese on Cheese crackers contained 210 calories! And I was eating 2 a day! I could have been eating a waffle cone ice cream for less than that emoticon

So I haven't been following the meal plan here because I can't afford to go out and spend extra $ on different foods, but I HAVE been watching my every calorie and writing them down. I have been focusing on staying within my range to lose weight.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

    I always though 3 pounds weights were too light... until, like you, I did 30 minutes of swingin' those babies around.

    I've found it really helps me to track my food, too.
