October Goals

I can't believe it's October ALREADY! Where does the time go? Before we know it Christmas will be here. That's a scary thought. This year is really flying by. Anyway....For the month of October I really want to concentrate on staying on track and committing to getting out of the 200's. Right now I'm at 207.2. I don't have far to go. I really want to be 199 by Halloween. I know that will be a challenge, but if I really put my mind to it and work my butt off I know I can do it. I also want to really work on drinking water. I've been struggling with this a lot lately. I don't know how I got off track with this, but I have and it's time to step up and re-focus. I know how important water is to this process so I need to start getting it in. Here's to a Happy Healthy October!
