No More Excuses!

I can think of a hundred reasons why I don't want to wake up early to get my cardio in. I usually wake up at seven and leave at eight for school. I come home most days at one, take my dog on a small walk, eat lunch and then go to work until nine or ten pm. I've come to realize that to fit the kind of cardio in that my body really needs to keep consistantly losing weight, I really need to wake up at 5:30. How that hurts my heart to think about losing that hour and a half sleep, but it has to be done, at least during this semester. I decided to declare this in my blog so it becomes a mindset. So now I've declared it to this cyber-work-out world.... so now I must live up to my declarations. , Weekends are not a problem. I can usually fit a workout in on Saturdays and Sundays no problem... So Monday will be the test.
I want to keep feeling good about my success. So far, although the pounds are coming off slower than I'd like..... I haven't given up, and that is something to be proud of. It really has turned into a lifestyle change, and that's what I was hoping for. But, now that I see how easy it is to get stuck on a plateau, I see that I need to kick up the cardio....

You have committed and Monday you will prove you are a woman of your word. I, too, would hurt in my heart if I had to wake up that early but sometimes things like this are worth the sacrafice and once you get into the routine, you won't even think twice!!!

Way to go on making the commitment!
