Yup! That is what I got on the scale this morning! But ironically, I am not depressed at all about it. First of all, I had a bad week, and I knew it would show on the scale, so I was already prepared. Secondly, it was not a gain! And finally, after all of the support and encouragement I received from my fellow Sparkers yesterday, I went from feeling down and overwhelmed to encouraged and motivated. You guys will not allow me to get down and stay down. That is the great thing about Spark - if you work it, and use it to its fullest extent, you never have to do this alone. You will find all the support you need. So before, I would have probably been discouraged when I saw the zeros on the scale, now, I am just driven to not make the same mistakes I did this week, and work my butt off for next week. After all, I am still ahead of the curve, but barely. This week, I lost my little 1.6lb cushion, so I gotta get moving! The 1lb challenge continues!!!!

You can do this Dough. I am joining you on your journey- I am aiming for a 7-10 lbs weight loss by the end of the year. We can be each others support system, just like in the good old days!!

Yes, 1 lb at a time is the way to think!!!! Keep that attitude and it will serve you well.

Just a quick suggestion for you as the scale is NOT the sole tell all sign that you are making progress. Do you take your messurements. Check them out as they are a great indicator as well that you are on the right path. Just a thought anyway! I know my scale hasn't moved in awhile but my measurements sure have been!

    Have a great weekend!!!
