Did pretty good today. Drank 13 glasses of water and stayed within my calorie range. Went to the gym and spent 60 minutes on the cross trainer and burned 581 calories. I also did 30 wall pushups, 2 sets of 25 dumbell hammer curls with 1 lbs weights, 3 sets of 25 dumbell hammer curls with 2 lbs weights and 5 sets of 25 reverse crunches.

Definitely moving today!!
