Anyone stuck in a rut? So here I am, I have already lost almost 40 lbs and I cant seem to find the energy or motivation for the next round. I seem to be up to drowning in the day to day life and I cant seem to remember how I did it before. Its like every excuse is so good, how did I do it? I have soccer 3 days a week, my son needs constant reminders to do his homework, then I have to look over his homework to make sure he is doing it, my daughters homework is just as time consuming, then read kids, take showers, oh did we eat dinner??? I need motivation, I am lacking energy. HELP!

First of all CONGRATS at your weight loss so far! That is absolutely amazing and something to really be commended for! You should be proud. I too went through a major rut through the summer and it was awful. I never thought I would be get back on track and make my dreams a reality. I have to say, being active in my Spark teams and reading lots of articles on the Spark site really pulled me through. Life does get crazy, but you have to decide to make this journey fit into your routine. After all it is a lifestyle change. Although I totally understand how hard that it, DON'T GIVE UP. You can do this and you are so worth it!

You're not alone! I've been there too. After losing approx. 75 lbs., I stayed there for a year (!), just couldn't find the motivation or energy for it. Finally something's clicked & I'm good to go & back into the swing of things.

Stick with it. You can do it!
