I feel much better now! Just kind of sore, but that is to be expected. I did not workout Monday because my hubby was home and I feel self conscious about exercising in front of him, but I did my Turbo Trim weight exercises yesterday! So the sore isn't NEAR as bad as it was and I am already feeling MUCH better about myself! I have noticed that I have so much more energy after I exercise. Those endorphins REALLY kick in!
