Dh called and woke me up so I could go to the gym early but had a headache and didn't feel too good so I decided to sleep a little longer. Drank 12 glasses of water and stayed within my calorie range. I did make it to the gym in the afternoon and spent 60 minutes on the cross trainer moving 4.28 miles and burnng 658 calories. Spent 53 minutes on the treadmill walking 2.93 miles and burning 375 calories. Did 9 minutes on the stationery bike for 1.31 miles and 52 calories burned. I got in 5 sets of 25 dumbell hammer curls with 2 lb weights.

I started a thread in each of my groups asking have you moved today. Got a pretty good response in some and none or next to none in others. Hope I can get more people sparked up with it.

My dh took this picture when they were on a boy scout camping trip hiking in Wales.

    Great job following through with the exercise, it's not always easy to get motivated once you are there though everything falls into place. Keep up the great work! What a beautiful picture.
