Drank 13 glasses of water and was just under my calorie range. Met dh at the gym. Spent 65 minutes on the cross trainer moving 3.70 miles and burning 649 calories. Spent 27 minutes on the treadmill walking 1.43 miles and burning 174 calories. Rode the stationery bike for 30 minutes traveling 3.89 miles and burning 17 calories.

Visited several pages and read and commented on numerous blogs.
