Drank 12 glasses of water and stayed within my calorie range. Had a pretty laid back day. Took the youngest boy and checked out the Arctic Bazaar. Made several trips up and down the stairs doing laundry and such.

I stopped by some Spark Pages and read and commented on a few blogs.
