I'm going to take a break from SP for the next few weeks...I'll still check in every once in a while be we've been so busy working on our house and trying to get everything done, I haven't had time to log my food, hit the gym, or check anything on here. I know it's no excuse but I just really need to focus on getting us moved before I can go back to weight loss goals...and to top it all off, I've been sick!! I think the lack of rest and all the dust/dirt from the house is really messing with my allergies/sinus etc. So, my body is just worn out by the end of the day!!

The good thing tho..I'm still losing! Averaging 1 pound loss per week which is staying on track of my goal to be 180 by Halloween!!

Hopefully I'll be back the first week or two in November...
