Back Injury

On Monday morning I hurt my back. I have osteoarthritis and am subject to easy injury. So needless to say I will not be exercising for a while because of the injury and the pain I am currently experiencing. However, I am still going to strive to eat wisely and drink water. Even though I am not exercising I can still purpose to be healthy.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you hurt your back. I pray that you will be feeling better soon. They say that eating makes up 80 percent of your fitness, so if you can control the eating, then hopefully, you'll be ok. I hope you feel better soon.
