Still Chipping Away....

I'm still making the most progress with the meditation, since I've had the most practice with it. It's easy, fun, and relaxing, and I enjoy it. I can't say the same thing about exercising.
School is taking up the majority of my time. I have a midterm tomorrow, although technically, the middle of the term is not until next week. Go figure. Since I kept getting lost on campus, I am now taking all of my classes online. The MRI results were normal, so why am I still getting the headaches, having memory problems, getting lost, etc.? Back to square one....
I am not losing as much weight as I had hoped, so I often wonder if I am not working out with enough intensity, or not using heavy-enough weights (I use 3-pound dumbbells.). I can't afford a personal trainer, so what can I do? Frequently, I go several weeks without losing weight. This leads to frequent stress and discouragement---and wanting to give up.
Well, back to what is within my control---studying for that midterm.
