After seeing Coach Nicole's blog entry about pushups a few months ago, I decided maybe it was time for me to focus on my upper body strength and try to work up to a full set of pushups on my toes. After a few months of work, I can do it! Right now I am able to do 10. I feel much stronger, and I actually enjoy doing pushups now. Exercises that use my own body weight are some of my favorites (hence my love for yoga and Pilates), so pushups will definitely be a regular part of my routine from now on!
