BOA - Week 7 Friday

I was doing really well today and then I got hungry. Really, really hungry. So I had some pretzels, twizzlers and banana bread. Now I'm really over on calories. 508 over. Omigosh. I think my nerves about my photos have kicked in full throttle.
Alright, focus on the good:
4 servings of fruit
4 servings of vegetables
1 hour of BodyStep and 15 minutes on the Cross Trainer (elliptical w/attitude)
2L of water
I burned off more calories today than the amount that I went over by. Hopefully, that means I'll maintain and not gain this week.
