I feel so much better...

It's just been one weekend, but I feel sooo much better. Exercising and focusing on staying in range, has really helped me.

I feel calmer, and find myself smiling for no good reason. It's like taking a deep breath, and releasing pent up tension. I guess endorphins really do flow with physical exertion.

I need to keep that in mind, especially when I don't feel like exercising, or I'm feeling just plain lazy.

One thing I know for sure is I've got to keep going, cause I feel sooo much better.... emoticon
