BOA - Week 8 Wednesday

Ugh - another early morning and another session of Boot Camp. Actually, I liked that part. I have to say, though, the sight of my own sweat dripping onto the gym floor was a little unnerving LOL. I HOPE that after six weeks of these classes, I'll have increased my upper body strength. I have got to learn how to do pushups. My limit is 10 per set and I need a good deal of rest between sets. I'm really poopered. And famished!
Oh and I'm so proud of myself!! I went into Superstore and all the Halloween candy is marked down... they had all my favourites and I WALKED AWAY!
Yay me!

    Sweating is a great thing! It's your body's cooling system kicking in! Not to mention is proves to me that you are staying well hydrated! Yay for drinking your water!

    Personally, the feeling of getting a good sweat going is pretty exhillerating to me!

    PS... congrats on walking away from those candies! I doubt I could have!
