3.6 lbs down this week!

Week two was a tough one -- full of challenges. I thought it was going to be borderline for a loss this week.
I had one or two days when I was over the top of the limit for calorie intake. I was delighted when I stepped on to the scale this morning and found that I had dropped another 3.6 lbs! WOOHOOO.
The loss is a direct result of all the dancing that I did this week.
I can feel the difference in the way my clothes are fitting -- less pinching in the waistband, and I've moved in one row of hooks on my bra! I also have more energy!
I am excited! I'm on the right path, and will reach my goal -- slow and steady!
