BOA - Week 9 Thursday

All I want to do is: eat, eat, EAT

The good new is, there are no other maple cookies left in the house. The bad news is, I ate them all LOL. On the plus side, I also ate 4 servings of fruit and 4 servings of vegetables and drank a LOT of water. I RICEd my ankle all day and I *think* that I will actually be able to walk on it semi-normally tomorrow. I just have to go slow. Real slow. I HATE SLOW!!!
I had to miss another session of Bootcamp, too. The pain in my ankle was so intense that it woke me up at 4 a.m. I didn't think it was a good idea to do that OR the 5 km walk that I had vowed to do. I really hope that the little cloud hanging over my head the past 4 days is gone now. I can't handle any more injuries and/or time on the couch. I'm going nucking futs.

    Yeah, if you haven't seen a DR about it yet... I'd go now! Sounds like you might need more then RICE for this injury!

    Gosh, is that cloud heading my way (first Trish, then you, YIKES). Is it something that you need to head to the doctor about. Four days is long enough for it to start feeling better. I hope it isn't something worse than a sprain.
