didn't skip 22

I did do day 22 yesterday and am planning on doing 23 today and 24 tomorrow and possible taking another full rest day n Sunday so I can recover from 3 days in a row of hard strength training. That is my plan now.
I did a sneak peak on the scale. I know, I know, it means nothing! BUT I lost a pound since last Saturday. SO I am hoping for 2 pounds this week. I KNOW!!!!! It isn't the pounds, but it is hard to change a paradigm overnight!!
