Day before weigh in

Official weigh-in is Satruday morning.
I am not expecting to show a loss. I'm not discouraged, though, because I now from past experience, when it's "that time" I always register a three pound gain.
I'm doing everything that I'm supposed to be doing -- eating properly, drinking my water, and getting in my cardio exercise, so even if the scale shows a gain, I know that official weigh in next week will register a big loss -- three pounds for sure, plus whatever else isn't water retention.
C'est la vie.
