Calories in: 2006 (36 over) Definitely an improvement over the past few days
Calories out: 380 (55 minutes of elliptical, biking and treadmilling)
Four servings of fruit, three servings of vegetables and 2L of water.
So I actually made it two days without injuring myself! My previous injuries are healing nicely and I actually ran a mile or so today. Yeh, my blisters bled a little (was that too much info?) but it didn't hurt so much that I had to stop running. The only time my ankle hurts is when I over extend it side to side. Short answer: don't do that, right?
Tomorrow is another day and a whole new opportunity. I'm thinking we'll go down to Heritage Park and stroll around for a while. Maybe a little roller skating? And definitely a viewing of the movie "Bolt".
