day 24, 25 and the Accumeasure calipers

So I did end up doing day 24 yesterday even though it was day 25 and I was going to do 25 today, but I think my body needs a rest. I did two hard hours at PT including 45 min of hard cardio and then the MTC workout at the gym and I am crazy sore! I don't feel bad about resting it will just help my muscles build.

So let me recap the week because I keep thinking I didn't do anything, but I did.

Monday day 21 I did a 30 minute workout in my hospital room with pushups and squats and dancing and lunges and running in place and such. I broke a sweat.

Tuesday(22) I did day 21 once --wow hard

Wed rest day(23) - driving

Thursday(24) I did 22 twice. I don't think I put that in here, but I did it and it was great I did extras of some maneuvers.

Friday(25) I did 24 once, but had done 2 hours at PT before that so it was a great workout day.

Saturday supposed to be a rest day and it will be.

Sunday rest day, but I will do cardio.

OS the upshot is that I skipped day 25, but I have 2 more weeks!

Tomorrow is picture taking...
So I got the calipers and here are my stats right after working out and TTOM (even though it says to do it off your cycle and not on your period.) Here they are.

weight 126 ( yesterday's weight)
% fat from calipers 24%
fat mass 30lbs
lean muscle mass 96lbs
Goal 15%
lean muscle goal 85 lbs (from the calculations)
goal weight 113lbs
fat loss 28lbs
