It is way to cold to measure everything but my 4 week waist and hip measurements are...

waist 30 28today
hips 38 36today

Ok, finally the FRD diet is working! I had to try several things that didn't work, but finally 4 days ago I started it and have lost 3 pounds since! I know all about me losing muscle and really I don't care right now as long as Spencer's eyes pop out of his head! I have two more weeks to go and I am stoked that I am going to get better and better! I am having 126 grams of protein around 100 carbs and 39 fat so I am getting the right ratios so really I don't think I will lose muscle.

    Kat, Congrats you look great! Glad to hear you found an eating plan that has given you success and momentum to propell you further! I've been a bit discouraged with the weight loss on this end, I'm having my thyroid meds rechecked in a few weeks and really think that's my problem right now as since they switched it last time I've been struggling with my weight loss and losing more hair. What is the FDR diet? Is it expensive to follow?

    woo hoo!!!! way to go on inches lost! ok, now i'm interested in the FRD!!!! thats great that you are seeing results now KAT! so do you like the calipers? would you recommend those over a scale that determines your BF% with electrical current?
