Switching up my routine because it's good to do it!

WED: Glutes with minor leg day/ Shoulders
THUR: REST
FRI: Legs
SAT: REST
SUN: REST
*Switching from cardio to tae bo for my cardio, but I'm gonna have one running day a week. So that's 3 tae bo days with 1 running day to make a total of 4 cardio days!! I'm excited! I started today with my chest and tri's workout and then later this afternoon I'll be doing my tae bo video.
