The challenge for this week is to post your fitness plan for this week and your "reward" for following through with this plan.
Monday - Bootcamp
Tuesday - 5km walk
Wednesday - Bootcamp, 3km walk & 3km run
Friday - Bootcamp, 10km walk
Sunday - 10km run
My *reward* for when I do all of these things - TBD
I was up another pound this week to 123.5. I'm hoping that, if I eat right this week instead of crappy, like last week. I'll get back to normal. I've got a schwack of exercise planned and it's all structured (workout buddy) so I can't back down.
I just have to get the calories under control.
