What the heck happened?

Tuesday, November 25, 2008

I have no idea what happened, I was doing so good with loosing weight and then it just came back. All I can say is AHHHHHHH!!!! I didn't start eating any more so I know that's not the problem. When I lost the weight I didn't workout that much, so maybe because I stopped that is why. All I know is that I am tired of being this weight, and now I am the heaviest I have ever been. And the most annoying thing that I have heard is that I don't look the weight I am. I mean maybe I should be thankful that I don't look that heavy, but just knowing the weight I am makes me sick. Anyway, so now I have to startover, I really need to go at it full force! It's now or never, and I need to stop being lazy, but can't find that umff to get up.

If you stop taking that 10-20 min. walk each day, that is 100-200 calories a day, or about a pound a month. If you eat an extra 100 calories a day, that is another pound a month. I know quite well how it can sneak up on you.
This weight creeps up on you, VERY slowly. It leaves the same way, but seems to take a LOT more effort. I agree, it is a LOT of effort to lose weight, and none at all to gain it back.
Life is just not fair is it.

    You CAN do this!!!
    You MUST do this!!!
    You WILL do this!!!

We all fall off the wagon. The key is what are you going to do next? You lost 20 before. You had the motivation before. You know you CAN do this. Every healthy action counts and gets you one step closer to your goal.

I read on your blog you enjoy watching tv. May be during the commercials you could do jumping jacks, leg lifts, squats, push ups. The list is endless.

    Good luck!!
