Monday - Bootcamp - DONE
Tuesday - 5km walk - DONE 53 minutes (9:30/km)
Monday, I stayed within my calories (1816). I had 7 servings of fruits and vegetables and drank 8 glasses of water.
Today , I went a little over calories by having a double chocolate donut @ Tim's tonight but it was SO good. I just don't know what the calorie count on it was. I burned 219 calories on my walk tonight. I had 6 servings of fruits and vegetables and drank 9 glasses of water.
Tomorrow is a big day: Bootcamp AND a walk or run. Maybe both.
