How do your friends and/or family members help motivate you to lose weight?

I was motivated to lose weight because, at 180+ pounds, I could not keep up with two toddlers. At the time, my friends and family did NOT support me at all. In fact, most of my efforts were remarked about negatively . When I broke free from that family, that all changed. I met someone who loved me as I was but encouraged me to undertake anything that would make me happier and healthier.
Nowadays, I have surrounded myself with new friends and new family members. (read: new inlaws) Things are better now. My immediate family is following (mostly) my healthier lifestyle. They all eat better, two of them have taken an interest in running.... THAT encourages me to do better/more.
I'm motivated now because I discovered a passion for fitness and for helping others reach their goals.
