still doing it

I am still doing the workouts but I am picking and choosing which ones to do and I am finding that I am sooooo much stronger than I was when I did them the first time! Really great feeling. I did great with T-giving food too. I didn't eat anything sugary and that is a huge success for me!
On Monday i will be starting Jillian's peaking for 7 days. It is about calorie deficit, up the water intake, low carb eating, diuretic foods and tea, using the sauna and cardio. I will also include one time through the circuits every other day as long as I have the energy.
Spencer comes home at 10 pm on Sunday the 7th so I want to be as hot as possible for his return. I don't know if I have said that before, uh yeah!! LOL!!!!
I am still not happy with my hip thigh area and that is why I will be keeping on this path. Really for as long as it takes. I am thinking March.
