Monday - Bootcamp - DONE
Tuesday - 5km walk - DONE 53 minutes (9:30/km)
Wednesday - Bootcamp - DONE, 4 km run - Done & 3 km run - DONE
Thursday - NOTHING :~)
Friday - Bootcamp - NOT DONE, Walking - 1 hour (no distance, garmin died)

Calories consumed Friday: 2116
Fruit: 1
Vegetables: 1
Calories burned: unknown, I walked for over an hour but my garmin was dead

Calories consumed Friday: 2600+
Fruit: 0
Vegetables: 0.5
Calories burned: unknown, helped a friend move for 3 hours so that has to count for something, right?

I really feel ashamed of myself for the past two days. I've definitely NOT been leading by example. I'll do better tomorrow. I'm starting with a 10km run.

    Never feel ashamed P. Move on. Helping someone move is a free day (in my opinion). There are so many things going on in that, that it is hard to eat properly on one of those days. And there are huge calorie burns to moving -- especially if there are stairs involved.
