BOA - Week 11 Monday

I woke up this morning feeling like someone drove a truck over my head. Add to that a swollen throat and a runny nose and I think I'm safe in saying that I have a (not so lovely) head cold. As long as it stays in my head, I'm good. I can deal.

Last week, I accomplished MOST of my goals. I did bootcamp 1 out of 3 days.
I ran three times and I walked once.
I consumed approximately 15,612 calories in seven days
I exercised and burned 3,222.
I helped a friend move on Saturday and managed to burn 1,050
My BMR is 1332 so that's a natural burn of 9,324.
15,612 - 2,172 - 9,324 - 1050 = 3,066
I did NOT create a deficit of 3500 calories so I probably did not lose any weight. I didn't weigh myself today because I wasn't feeling well and I usually don't when I'm sick.

I have to make sure I get enough rest to get over this ASAP.

My plan for this week is:
Bootcamp 2-3 times.
Run 4 times
Walk 1 time
Count calories and stay within range 5/7 days
Drink 2L of water daily
Eat 6-7 servings of fruit and vegetables daily
At least 7 hours of sleep every night

On that note, I'd better get to bed.
