Day 2 peaking results!

I lost 2 pounds last night and had 890 cals. i will up that today just to get a little more protein in. Disclaimer This is never to be done more than 7 days in a row and I do feel a little puny, but the results will be worth it! It is really only for a one time special event every now and then... It is in Making the Cut in the last chapter
You can check my nutritional tracker to see what I am eating. I am not getting enough protein the last two days so I will have to adjust something...
I feel better than I did this morning. I had half and half in some decaf and that perked me up. It was only 3 carbs.
