BOA - Week 11 Wednesday

Today was the first day of my HM clinic's hill training. It was very good despite the chilly weather. I burned 310 calories on a 5.32 km run that took me 36 minutes (exactly).
Calorie consumption: 1767 (within range!!)
Fruit: 2 servings
Vegetables: 4 servings
Water: 2L
All goals were achieved today EXCEPT for attending bootcamp. Like Chas said, I should rest and get rid of this cold because, although I could theoretically exercise with it, I don't need to be making it worse. The body aches have started so I think I made a good choice. There's always Friday.
