New Year, New Goals, New Way of Living

With the New Year I have decided it is time to shed some of the things that have been "weighing" me down, physically and figuratively. I know I sound like a broken record, but I have been doing too many things and not taking care of myself in trying to take care of everyone and everything else.
Positive steps: I have given my notice in one of my jobs, although I have promised to stay until they find a replacement. I may have to eventually set an end date, but I hope it won't come to that. I am also preparing to ask folks to take over a couple of my volunteer jobs.
I have recommitted myself to SparkPeople - keeping track of my calories, drinking my water, and getting exercise (no matter what else is going on - I WILL take time for me)!
