NEW YEAR, NEW PERSPECTIVE...

Happy New Year to me and to the whole World...

Another wonderful opportunity to re-think, re-work, re-commit to the future...]

I have done well over the past 3 months with my new trainer...have lost 18 lbs since starting with him. He has left though and now I have to chart a new path.

Will be spending some time in the next few days in determining what that path will be...

    I don't usually go into the blogs, just the community threads for Former iShape people, but it's mighty quiet there on the first day of 2009 so I'm visiting here. Great blog--and it will be interesting to see what you decide for your new path. The fact that you've lost 18 pounds in the last three months with the trainer speaks volumes about what works for you. Way to go and keep us updated!
