Re-opening my account

So trite- back here on January 1st. Not exciting but I need the trackers and community support.

I've been losing and gaining the same 10 pounds for the last 3 years on and off. 2008 was the losing year. I'm in a great place, stronger, fitter, and smaller, but not yet where I want to be. I have the tools, knowledge, and time. What I lack is the sustaining commitment.

I've been strength training seriously again for a year, and have been increasing my cardio with a goal of running my second half marathon in May of 2009.

I may not have the mental together on why I'm not a sustainable committer to the actions required to meet my goals but I have the good habits to build on while I work on the mental part!

So here I go again, hoping that I can find the focus to get it all together.
