New You Boot Camp Challenge

Today is the official start of the New You Boot Camp Challenge. I really need a coach keeping me motivated since I get into fitness ruts. I haven't done a bootcamp or kick boxing class in 3-4 years and am really enjoying the videos so far.

I've put on 4 pounds since August so my goal is to take it off with this challenge. I haven't done my bodypump class since September. And I haven't taught any spin classes regularly since September. Beginning tomorrow evening, I start a new Spin Class. Wish me Luck! I want to motivate my class as well as prepare myself for the first Century in May.
