New Year, New Me

Okay, here we go again.

I just have to learn how to stay fit. I get the weight off and exercise regular, and then along comes a holiday, and it seems like I am right back where I started from.

I get so discouraged.

Today is the first day back to dieting and exercising since before Christmas. I guess my problem really starts with holidays, dining out, parties, etc.

I did my elliptical machine that I got for Christmas. I was only able to do 5 minutes. Seemed like my heart was jumping out of my skin. I am getting ready to do yesterday's boot camp and todays as well. I will do today's a little later though. I absoultely will not exercise on Sundays, as when I am motivated I do Monday through Saturday. One needs a good day off from exercise.

I hope that this time when I almost get my weight off that I can learn to eat healthier and not get off track, and if so, maintain again the next day, instead of constantly "pigging out" like I do when I blow my diet. I just feel so much healthier when my pants do not fit snuggly.

Well, off to do Boot Camp.....Wish me luck!!!

    Glad to see that you are doing bootcamp. The first time I did the elliptical... I could only do 2 minutes. Then I graduated to 50 eventually. Your lungs will definitely be able to keep up with you after a while. Just keep increasing it by a bit every time. WOOHOO... You go girl!
