It's been far too long!!! I've updated my Sparkpage with my new goals. I've also started the New You 2009 Bootcamp challenge. So updating the Sparkpage was one of the challenges from yesterday. Today's challenge was to get 3 servings of fruit. This is never a problem for me. I ate 3 cups of cut fruit (honedew, cantaloupe and grapes) and a banana.
Whew! Well, I made up for yesterday! I did 20 minutes this morning on the elliptical. So today, I did the strength video from Coach Nicole and because I had said I was going to do the other video (Day 1 kickboxing) I did that one too. Now, I had already marked myself down for 30 minutes on the elliptical I went ahead and jumped on the ET for another 20 minutes. It got my hr up and I'm someone who can teach a step aerobics or cycling/spinning class for an hour! It just a type of exercise my body isn't used to like it used to be.
So now to enter my food for the day and see if I have room for a snack :)
