YAY - today's weight is 149.6 - down from 150 yesterday!

I did my 30 minutes on the elliptical! Boy - I sure do work up a sweat on that thing. Watched the news while doing it but tomorrow I think that I will read my book. Reading The Pagan Stone by Nora Roberts (love her!) and at night I just am too tired to sit in bed and read.

Well - tonight I'm teaching a cycling class for one of the instructor's at the Y. That's a bonus workout for me - I burn some serious calories when teaching. The SP Fitness Tracker put me at 500 calories burned for an hour but when I've work my HRM that's had me at 700+ cals in an hour. I'll stick with SP Tracker for now until I get the chest strap replaced on the HRM that the puppy chewed up!

I got my measurements today too. OMG! On the Measurements Tracker here on SP I had last entered my measurements in 2007. I have gained 3 inches all around - hips, waist and chest. NO WONDER NOTHING FITS! 3 INCHES!! That's HUGE!

I'll lose them - don't worry - I keep saying this - I did it once and I'll do it again!
