"I feel good"...James Brown
I did the day three boot camp today, along with the bonus challenge.
I learned something interesting. I had not really challenged the limits of this body. Boot camp was a workout for the upper body. However, while working the upper body I had to engage my thighs, abs, and rear end. When I finished, my legs felt like jello. I'm betting that is what fatiguing muscles must feel like. If so, I have not come close to truly working out until today.
I also did a 50 minute circuit training workout I found at exercise tv. I find that I enjoy this type of cadio workout. Aerobics alone can be sort of boring, but add these little weight work outs and balance checks in between the aerobics and I find it more engaging.
This evening (still Tuesday at 10 pm as I write), I feel I have had a very successful day. My calorie counts are in range, my body feels more flexible, oxygenated or something (I'll just say it feels good), my mood is good. I think I can do this allover again tomorrow.
